Description

Discover the ultimate fusion dish with this Blackstone Cheeseburger Quesadilla recipe. Combining the classic flavors of a juicy cheeseburger with the crispy, cheesy delight of a quesadilla, this easy recipe features savory ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and a tangy special sauce all wrapped in a crispy tortilla. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a delicious weekend treat!

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped

4 burrito-size tortillas (10-inch)

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons minced pickles

1 tablespoon minced onion

2 teaspoons white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Heat your Blackstone Grill to approximately 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the Ground Beef: Brown the ground beef on the grill until fully cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove from grill and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Special Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, minced pickles, minced onion, and white vinegar in a bowl until well blended.
  4. Assemble the Quesadillas: Warm tortillas on the grill. Spread special sauce on one half of each tortilla. Top with cooked ground beef, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese. Fold tortillas in half.
  5. Cook the Quesadillas: Grill each quesadilla until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve: Slice into quarters and enjoy warm.

Notes

For added spice, incorporate diced jalapeños or hot sauce.

Substitute ground beef with ground turkey, chicken, or plant-based alternatives.

Ensure tortillas are warmed slightly before assembling to prevent tearing.
