Ingredients

For the Vanilla Fudge Layer:

2 cups white chocolate chips

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Fudge Layer:

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang for easy removal.
  2. Prepare the vanilla fudge layer:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
    • Stir in the vanilla extract.
    • Pour into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the chocolate fudge layer:
    • While the vanilla layer sets, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
    • Stir in the vanilla extract.
    • Pour over the chilled vanilla layer and spread evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  5. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into 16 squares and serve.

Notes

Ensure the vanilla layer is fully chilled before adding the chocolate layer for clean separation.
