Ingredients

4 haddock fillets (6 oz each)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley and lemon wedges (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
