Description

Butterfinger Pie is a creamy and indulgent dessert that comes together without the need for baking. With a buttery graham cracker crust, a rich peanut butter filling, and a topping of crushed Butterfinger candy bars, this pie is a perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth. Whether you’re hosting a gathering or simply craving something delicious, this no-bake pie is sure to impress!

Ingredients

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup heavy cream

3 Butterfinger bars, crushed (reserve some for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish, forming the crust. Refrigerate to set.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
    • Add peanut butter and heavy cream, beating until fluffy and fully combined.
    • Gently fold in whipped topping, then stir in crushed Butterfingers, reserving some for topping.
  3. Assemble the Pie:
    • Spread the filling over the chilled crust evenly.
    • Sprinkle the reserved crushed Butterfingers on top for added crunch.
  4. Chill:
    • Refrigerate the pie for at least 3-4 hours or overnight to allow it to fully set.
  5. Serve:
    • Slice and serve chilled for a creamy, sweet treat!

Notes

This pie is best made ahead of time, giving it plenty of time to chill and set in the fridge.

If you prefer a chocolatey twist, swap the graham cracker crust for an Oreo crust.

You can also use almond butter or crunchy peanut butter for added texture and flavor.

For a special touch, drizzle some melted chocolate on top before serving.
