Description

Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden brown.

  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper, cooking for another 1-2 minutes to bloom the spices.

  4. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using), and stir to combine.

  5. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.

  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
