Ingredients
1 box white or vanilla cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Red and green sprinkles or colored sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in half of the sprinkles, white chocolate chips, or M&M’s (if using).
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Slightly flatten each dough ball and add extra sprinkles on top for decoration.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
