Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt (if using unsalted peanut butter)
Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract (if using). Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips or chopped peanuts if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and place on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.

- Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
