Description

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)

1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

2 large eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt (if using unsalted peanut butter)

Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped peanuts


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract (if using). Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or chopped peanuts if using.
