Ingredients

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 medium tomatoes, diced

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)

Toasted baguette slices, crackers, or veggies for serving

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Base
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth.
  3. Assemble
Spread the cheese mixture in an oven-safe dish. Top with diced tomatoes and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake

  5. Serve
Garnish with extra basil and optional balsamic glaze. Serve hot with baguette slices, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

Customize with variations like adding red pepper flakes for heat or pesto for extra flavor.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.

Gluten-free dippers like veggie sticks work great for a GF option.
