Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme.
- Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined (do not overmix).
- Transfer the batter to the greased loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.

For a spicy twist, add red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños.
