Description

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 1/4 cups buttermilk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme.
  3. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
  5. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined (do not overmix).
  6. Transfer the batter to the greased loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  9. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
