1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
20 oz frozen French fries
1/4 cup sliced green onions (for topping)

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle chopped pickles over the beef, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread frozen French fries evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until fries are golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
Use seasoned or crinkle-cut fries for extra texture and flavor.
Swap cheddar with pepper jack or mozzarella for variety.
Add hot sauce or crushed red pepper for a spicy twist.
Make it vegetarian with plant-based ground meat and dairy-free cheese.
Top with diced tomatoes or shredded lettuce after baking for a full burger vibe.
