Ingredients
1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Arrange the trimmed asparagus on the baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
