Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour

3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and milk until combined.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
