Description

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/2 cup milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and milk until combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
