Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 large tortillas or wraps

1 cup baby spinach or lettuce (optional)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling
    • Combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, and mayonnaise (or sour cream) in a large bowl.
    • Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  2. Assemble the Wraps
    • Lay a tortilla flat. Spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture in the center.
    • Add optional toppings like spinach or diced tomatoes.
    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  3. Cook the Wraps
    • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    • Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve
    • Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, brush the wraps lightly with olive oil before cooking.

The filling can be prepared ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
