Description

These Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Rolls are an easy and delicious snack or appetizer made with biscuit dough, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni, all baked in a muffin tin for a crispy, golden finish.


Ingredients

2 (7 oz) tubes refrigerated biscuit dough

4 tbsp butter, melted

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried parsley

1/2 cup pepperoni slices, cut into small pieces

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces and add to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour in the melted butter, then add garlic powder, dried parsley, chopped pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella. Toss until well combined.
  4. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin and divide the mixture evenly into 9–12 cups.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until rolls are puffed up and golden brown with bubbling cheese.
  6. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side if desired.

Notes

Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

Swap mozzarella with a pizza cheese blend for variety.

Use sausage crumbles or chopped veggies for different fillings.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
