Description
These Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Rolls are an easy and delicious snack or appetizer made with biscuit dough, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni, all baked in a muffin tin for a crispy, golden finish.
Ingredients
2 (7 oz) tubes refrigerated biscuit dough
4 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 cup pepperoni slices, cut into small pieces
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces and add to a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the melted butter, then add garlic powder, dried parsley, chopped pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella. Toss until well combined.
- Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin and divide the mixture evenly into 9–12 cups.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until rolls are puffed up and golden brown with bubbling cheese.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side if desired.
Notes
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
Swap mozzarella with a pizza cheese blend for variety.
Use sausage crumbles or chopped veggies for different fillings.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5–6 minutes for best texture.
