1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided

1 tablespoon chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, plus more for garnish
Kosher salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 bagels, halved
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper.
