A no-bake Cherry Cheesecake Trifle layered with creamy cheesecake filling, fluffy whipped cream, sweet cherry pie filling, and soft cake cubes. This easy, crowd-pleasing dessert is perfect for holidays, potlucks, or summer gatherings.
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream (or store-bought whipped topping)
1 prepared pound cake or angel food cake, cut into cubes
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Optional: fresh cherries for garnish
Optional: crushed graham crackers for topping
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Place a layer of cake cubes at the bottom of a trifle dish or individual glasses.
- Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture, followed by a layer of cherry pie filling.
- Repeat the layers, ending with cherry pie filling on top.
- Garnish with fresh cherries and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
