Ingredients
For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks (or 8 oz whipped topping)
For the Topping:
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl.
- Press the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
2. Make the Filling:
- Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.
3. Assemble the Dessert:
- Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- Top with cherry pie filling, spreading evenly.
4. Chill and Serve:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
