Ingredients

For the Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks (or 8 oz whipped topping)

For the Topping:

1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling


Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl.
  • Press the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.

2. Make the Filling:

  • Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.

3. Assemble the Dessert:

  • Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the chilled crust.
