Ingredients

1 lb frozen popcorn chicken

4 cups water

2 cups heavy cream

1 lb macaroni

10.5 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup

1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1 1/2 tbsp onion powder

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp pepper

4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 cups marinara sauce


Instructions

  1. Cook the popcorn chicken according to package instructions.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a large pot, bring water and heavy cream to a boil. Add macaroni and stir until submerged. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove the lid, stir in cheddar cheese soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add 2 cups mozzarella and Parmesan cheese; stir until melted.
  5. Transfer macaroni mixture to a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with popcorn chicken, then spoon marinara sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added freshness, garnish with chopped parsley or basil.
