Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons capers, drained

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, shaking off excess.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
