Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Shrimp, raw
1 large Avocado
1 handful fresh Cilantro leaves
2 cloves fresh Garlic
2 fresh Limes
1 Red chili
8 Romaine or butter lettuce leaves
2 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tsp Smoked paprika
2 tsp Ground cumin
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Prepare the Shrimp: Peel and devein the shrimp if necessary. In a bowl, combine shrimp with avocado oil, smoked paprika, cumin, minced garlic, lime zest, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
