Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Dough:

    • Press half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
    • Melt caramel candies and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Layer and Bake:
    • Pour melted caramel evenly over the baked base.
    • Drop spoonfuls of remaining cookie dough over the caramel layer and gently spread.
    • Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  4. Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
