Description

Soft, fudgy, and irresistibly easy, Chocolate Cool Whip Cookies are the ultimate quick treat! Made with just four ingredients, these cookies are rich, chocolatey, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix

1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

1 large egg

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
  4. Coat each ball in powdered sugar until fully covered.
  5. Arrange dough balls on the baking sheet with about 2 inches of space between them.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are set and slightly cracked.
  7. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

If the dough is too soft, chill it for 15-20 minutes before rolling.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.

Experiment with different cake mix flavors or add-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or sprinkles.
