16 oz powdered sugar

1/4 cup cocoa powder


Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, 1 egg, and 1/2 cup melted butter. Mix until well combined, then press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated. Gradually mix in 1/2 cup melted butter, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese filling over the chocolate cake layer, spreading evenly.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is set but the center remains slightly gooey.
  6. Allow the cake to cool before cutting into squares.
