Ingredients
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate chips, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
