Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
12 slider buns
6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup pickles, sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Assemble Sliders: Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the buns. Layer the cheddar cheese slices over the beef. Top with the remaining buns.
- Brush and Bake: Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
- Add Toppings: Remove sliders from oven, lift top buns, and spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickles. Replace top buns.
- Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy!
