Ingredients
6–8 chicken thighs (boneless or bone-in, skin-on or skinless)
3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 1 lime
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: pinch of chili flakes for heat
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, cilantro, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and chili flakes (if using).

Add chicken thighs to the bowl, coating thoroughly with the marinade.
