Ingredients
1 package of white cake mix (2 layer)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1/4 cup water
1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, cinnamon, sour cream, eggs, and water until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Spoon the apple pie filling over the batter, covering the entire surface.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the confectioners’ sugar and milk to make the glaze.
