Ingredients
8 slices of bread
½ cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin to make rolling easier.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread, then roll tightly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- In another dish, mix ground cinnamon and granulated sugar for the coating.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated, then cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Notes
You can use different types of bread such as brioche, challah, or whole wheat.
