Description

Indulge in the rich, creamy sweetness of Cinnamon Roll Fudge, a holiday-inspired treat combining white chocolate fudge with a swirl of spiced cinnamon sugar. Perfect for gifting or a unique dessert for parties, this easy recipe is a cinnamon lover’s dream.

Ingredients

For the Fudge Base:

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl:
    • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Make the Fudge Base:
    • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
    • In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low, stirring constantly, until smooth.
    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
  3. Assemble the Fudge:
    • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
    • Drizzle the cinnamon swirl mixture over the top and gently swirl with a knife or toothpick for a marbled effect.
  4. Chill and Set:
    • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  5. Cut and Serve:
    • Use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For a bolder cinnamon flavor, increase the cinnamon in both the base and swirl.

Add a drizzle of white chocolate or cream cheese glaze for extra decadence.

Ensure white chocolate chips are gluten-free for a gluten-free version.
