Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp granulated sugar
¼ cup cinnamon sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ cup cream cheese frosting
1 ¼ cups milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and then mix in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet.
