Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 (8 oz) can crescent roll dough
For the Topping:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk (adjust for desired consistency)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent roll dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, pressing seams together to form a solid sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Brush baked crust with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Return to oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly and fragrant.
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle with glaze, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, top with chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips before serving.
Adjust glaze consistency by adding more milk for a thinner drizzle or more powdered sugar for a thicker glaze.
Best served warm but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature.
