Description

Enjoy a quick and easy dessert with this Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza made with crescent rolls. Featuring a flaky crust, buttery cinnamon-sugar topping, and a sweet glaze, this treat is perfect for any occasion. Ready in just 25 minutes, it’s a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

For the Crust:

1 (8 oz) can crescent roll dough

For the Topping:

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk (adjust for desired consistency)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent roll dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, pressing seams together to form a solid sheet.
  2. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Brush baked crust with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Return to oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly and fragrant.
  5. Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle with glaze, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crunch, top with chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips before serving.

Adjust glaze consistency by adding more milk for a thinner drizzle or more powdered sugar for a thicker glaze.

Best served warm but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature.
