Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan and Oven:

    • Line a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and grease it.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  3. Make the Batter:
    • Beat eggs and sugar in a large bowl until thick and pale.
    • Stir in pumpkin puree and vanilla extract.

  4. Bake the Cake:
