Ingredients
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup brewed strong coffee

Instructions

- Combine: Add the bloomed gelatin mixture to the hot cream mixture and whisk until completely dissolved. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour and Chill: Pour the mixture into ramekins or serving glasses. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
