Ingredients

1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor)

1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed

1 large egg

½ cup powdered sugar (for rolling)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg until well combined. The dough will be sticky.
  3. Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll each ball in the powdered sugar until fully coated.
