Description

Discover the ultimate comfort food with our Copycat Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce. This creamy, rich sauce closely replicates Olive Garden’s famous recipe and pairs perfectly with your favorite pasta. Easy to make and irresistibly delicious, it’s ideal for a quick weeknight dinner or a special occasion meal.

Ingredients

1 package pasta (penne or your choice)

1 stick of butter

1 clove of minced garlic

1 pint of heavy cream

1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated

2 tablespoons cream cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Prepare the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and cream cheese, heating until bubbling but not boiling.
  3. Add the Cheese: Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
  4. Combine and Serve: Mix the hot Alfredo sauce with the cooked pasta until well coated. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best texture and flavor.

If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of milk or cream while reheating.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently.
