Ingredients
1½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
¼ cup unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers to make grilling easier.
- Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until they are pink and opaque.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and whisk in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped parsley.
- Once the shrimp are done, brush or drizzle the cowboy butter over the top.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Use smoked paprika for a deeper, smoky flavor.
