Ingredients

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

8 oz pasta (your choice)

Fresh basil for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
