6 cups chicken broth

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, diced carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
