Ingredients
250 g pasta (penne, rotini, or rigatoni)
300 g steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove steak from the pan.
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, buffalo sauce, honey, smoked paprika, onion powder, and cayenne (if using). Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Add the cooked pasta and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish, then top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave or oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes until heated through. Add extra cheese on top for added creaminess.
