¾ cup boiling water
1 cup ice water
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, dissolve Jello powder in ¾ cup boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 cup ice water (ice plus water) to the Jello and stir until the mixture cools and soft sets. Remove any unmelted ice cubes.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sweetener with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually fold the soft-set Jello into the whipped cream using the mixer, blending until smooth.
- Divide into 4 custard cups or a serving bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
