Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp olive oil

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained

1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Pasta – Boil bowtie pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook the Beef – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the ground beef, drain excess fat, and stir in ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
  4. Mix the Sauce – In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
  5. Combine Ingredients – Stir cooked pasta, beef, and corn into the sauce mixture. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  6. Top and Bake – Sprinkle with extra cheddar cheese and Parmesan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
