Description
These crispy air fryer potatoes are golden, crunchy on the outside, and tender on the inside. A quick and healthy side dish that’s perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
4 medium-sized russet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
 - Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into even 1-inch cubes.
 - In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
 - Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded.
 - Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
To reheat, air fry at 350°F for about 5 minutes to restore the crispy texture.
For oil-free potatoes, try spraying a little cooking spray instead of olive oil.
Adjust the seasoning to your liking with different spices like Italian seasoning or Cajun spice.
