Description

These crispy air fryer potatoes are golden, crunchy on the outside, and tender on the inside. A quick and healthy side dish that’s perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

4 medium-sized russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into even 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded.
  5. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

To reheat, air fry at 350°F for about 5 minutes to restore the crispy texture.

For oil-free potatoes, try spraying a little cooking spray instead of olive oil.

Adjust the seasoning to your liking with different spices like Italian seasoning or Cajun spice.
