Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
4 tortilla wraps
4 cheese slices
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup lettuce, shredded
Salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons garlic mayo or preferred sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Season the chicken strips with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed cornflakes.
- Coat each chicken strip in flour, dip into egg, then press into cornflakes until fully coated.
- Lightly drizzle or spray the coated chicken with olive oil.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Warm the tortilla wraps until soft.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, and red onion on each wrap.
- Add a slice of cheese, top with crispy chicken, and drizzle with garlic mayo or preferred sauce.
- Fold wraps tightly and serve immediately.
