Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 sandwich buns
Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, cheese, pickles
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly.
- Pour ranch dressing and chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
- Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the crock pot. Mix well to coat with the sauce.
