Description

Tender, juicy chicken slow-cooked with rich ranch seasoning, served on soft buns for the ultimate comfort food. This easy Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Sandwiches recipe is perfect for busy days, potlucks, or a family-friendly dinner.

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

6 sandwich buns

Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, cheese, pickles

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly.
  2. Pour ranch dressing and chicken broth over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
  4. Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the crock pot. Mix well to coat with the sauce.
  5. Assemble sandwiches by spooning the chicken onto buns and adding your desired toppings. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy kick, add hot sauce or cayenne pepper before cooking.

To make it low-carb, serve over lettuce wraps instead of buns.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
