Ingredients
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
8 oz sour cream
¾ cup water
1 bag (16 oz) frozen green beans
3–4 large chicken breasts, salted and peppered
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, stuffing mix, and half of the water. Pour over chicken.
- Add green beans and the remaining water around the sides.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
- Periodically mix the stuffing, if possible.
Notes
For a healthier version, use low-fat soup and sour cream.
The stuffing can be mixed with herbs for added flavor.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
