1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

1 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Transfer the cooked beef to your crockpot. Add onion, garlic, green bell pepper, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, green chilies, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir well to combine.
