Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 Russet potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 cups baby carrots
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix. Whisk until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Surround with potatoes and carrots. Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Optionally, shred the chicken before serving.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with water and stir into the crockpot during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
