1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows until evenly mixed.
- Gently add the chopped strawberries and stir just until combined, being careful not to overmix.
- If desired, stir in shredded coconut and chopped nuts for extra texture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow the flavors to blend.
