1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until smooth and creamy.
