Indulge in this Easy Biscoff Tiramisu, a delightful twist on the classic dessert that layers creamy mascarpone with Biscoff cookies and a rich coffee dip. Perfect for any occasion, this no-bake treat is sure to impress your guests!

Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup mascarpone cheese

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups strong coffee (cooled)

2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)

1 pack Biscoff cookies (about 30 cookies)

Cocoa powder or crushed Biscoff cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur (if using).
  3. Quickly dip each Biscoff cookie into the coffee mixture and arrange a layer at the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the cookies.
  4. Add another layer of dipped Biscoff cookies, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the tiramisu to set.
  6. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder or sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the coffee liqueur.

Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
