Ingredients
4–5 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

1 baguette, sliced
Extra olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
